Information

The minimum age limit is as from 16 years. For possible interest you can present at the sport school. The first lesson is always free and without engagement, after the test lesson one must oneself register and become a member, the monthly contribution is € 30,- + one-off registration money € 10,- and must be payed around every first of a new month. At denunciation of the membership must one end the membership in writing within one month denounce notice.

Clothing

During the training we wear black pants with white t-shirts with a own printed logo and for beginners white belts. Pants can be bought in stores, t-shirts with logo print can become ordered at the school and costs € 15,- by piece. There is trained on naked feet.

Rules of behaviour

- One must have at any time clean feet and cut nails concerning hygiene.
- Learned techniques outside the training may never be used with abuse or intentionally rade.
- One must oneself behave during the trainings disciplinary and regularly present to be.
